불합리한 세상 속, 고집과 객기로 뭉친 청춘들의 ‘힙’한 반란을 그린 드라마 ‘이태원 클라쓰’의 두 번째 OST가 공개됐다.
이태원 클라쓰 OST Part.2 ‘시작’은 매력적인 맑고 시원한 보이스를 앞세워 폭넓은 음악적 스펙트럼을 들려주는 가호(Gaho)가 가창으로 참여한 곡이다. 드라마 예고 영상을 통해 공개된 후렴부의 중독성 짙은 멜로디가 ‘이태원 클라쓰’를 기다려 온 대중의 기대를 한껏 끌어 올렸던 이 곡은 ‘소신에 대가가 없는 삶’을 꿈꾸는 새로이(박서준)와 불합리한 세상에 맞서 각자의 가치관으로 자유를 쫓는 단밤즈 멤버의 이야기를 경쾌하고 시원한 사운드로 담아냈다.
가호 (Gaho)는 데뷔 전 작곡으로 참여한 드라마 당신이 잠든 사이에 OST ‘내게 와’와 가창자로 참여한 황후의 품격 OST ‘끝이 아니길’, 내 뒤에 테리우스 OST ‘그렇게 가슴은 뛴다’, 시간 OST ‘시간’ 등을 통해 차세대 OST 기대주로 주목받고 있다. 지난해에는 격정적이고 드라마틱한 전개가 돋보이는 싱글 ‘FLY’, 스타일리시한 일렉트로닉 사운드의 싱글 ‘Pink Walk’를 선보이며 왕성한 활동을 펼친 바 있으며 또한 자신이 소속된 R&B 힙합 레이블 플라네타리움 레코드(PLT)의 크루와 ‘WE GO HOLIC’이라는 타이틀로 유럽과 미주 투어를 성황리에 마치는 등 국내를 넘어 해외에서 호평을 받고 있다.
드라마 ‘이태원 클라쓰’는 통쾌한 재미와 깊은 공감을 선사하며 웹툰 마니아들의 뜨거운 사랑을 받은 동명의 웹툰을 원작으로 한 드라마로 박서준, 김다미, 유재명, 권나라 등 싱크로율 100%의 배우들과 ‘구르미 그린 달빛’, ‘연애의 발견’ 등을 통해 감각적인 연출력을 인정받은 김성윤 감독, 웹툰 ‘이태원 클라쓰’의 원작자 조광진 작가가 직접 대본 집필을 맡아 눈부시게 빛나는 뜨거운 청춘들의 이야기를 다이내믹하게 그려내는 드라마로 매주 금요일과 토요일 밤 10시 50분 방송된다.
