Long-term Care

For over 20 years we have helped our families balance work and family. Whether you're searching for full-time or part-time, live-in or live-out childcare options, our dedicated staff can help you find the right Nanny for your needs by matching your expectations and lifestyle to those of the Nanny applicants.
Our long-term Nannies make a commitment to their families for a minimum of one year. However, many of our Nannies are employed by the same families for several years. By securing a long-term Nanny, you will have the consistency of the same person for the continuous care of your children.

There is a non-refundable Registration Fee of $250. This fee covers consultation, search and the registration of long-term placement and the use of our "Temporary/Short Term Services". Our professional fee is 12% of the nanny's gross annual salary or $2500, whichever is greater. Our fee is due when an offer of employment has been accepted and an agreed-upon start date has been confirmed by the employer and employee.
The fee for our service is due if a candidate is hired, directly or indirectly, by an employer who has listed their job opening with our Agency.
Employers who introduce our candidates to another employer will be responsible for payment of the placement fee.

The benefits for long-term Nannies include paid sick days, paid holidays, and one to four weeks paid vacation. Other benefits may include medical insurance, tuition reimbursement and travel, reimbursement for automobile expenses etc.

Part-Time

Part-time nannies work up to 32 hours a week. They typically earn between $15 and $20 per hour.

Full-Time
Full-time, live-out nannies generally work between 40 and 50 hours a week and live-in nannies usually work between 40 and 55 hours a week. Fulltime Nannies make between $2400 and $3500 per month. Live-In Nannies make between $1700 and $2400 per month plus room and board. Salaries depend on the nannies background, experience as well as requirements of the position.

Summer
We offer summer care for school age children. Our summer nannies offer fun and excitement for your children during their summer vacation from school. Our nannies take them on outings to the zoo, museum, library, swimming pool and form play groups with other nannies and the children for whom they care. Our summer nannies make between $12 and $15 per hour.
