Annie Davis, founded Annie's Nannies
Inc. in 1984 while working as a counselor and
teacher of delinquent youth within the Seattle
Public School system. She has served on the Board
of Directors of a non-profit organization helping
at-risk youth. She pioneered the Nanny Placement
Profession in the Pacific Northwest raising the
level of Nanny Professionalism from obscurity
to where it is today. Annie has held a board of
director position with the International
Nanny Association and has been Board President
of the National
Alliance of Professional Nanny Agencies since
2001. She is also a contributing writer to the
parenting publication Northwest
Baby & Child.

Suzanne
Royer McCone has built the company with
her mother, Annie Davis. As co-owner of Annie's
Nannies, Suzanne works to create perfect matches
between families and nannies. She is married and
as the mother of two daughters, she understands
the needs of working parents and the type and quality
of care needed for their children. |

Teah
Achman is our Temporary Placement Director, working with families and nannies to arrange short term and permanent placements. She also assists Annie with advertising and public relations. As a new mom, Teah understands the challenges of balancing a working life with new parenthood. Teah has a BA in Communications from Washington State University. |

Jobie
Lay,
as our Applicant Coordinator, has an extensive
background in both customer service and childcare.
She is in charge of all background and reference
checking of our applicants. As a former nanny,
she knows the qualities families are looking
for in hiring a good nanny. Jobie also assists
Suzanne and Teah with on-call, temporary and
permanent placements. |

Susan Metenosky, our Assistant Placement Coordinator assists Teah with temporary placements as well as taking inquiry calls. She has a wide-ranging background in customer service, and loves working one-on-one with families as well as applicants. Susan has a background in Business and English Studies from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. As well as working for Annie's Nannies Household Staffing, she attends the New York Fashion Academy in Seattle. |
